ZenTens Relief pads

The pads that come with the Zentens Relief are made with very comfortable hydrogel.
After a while the hydrogel gets less sticky and you will need to replace the pads to get the best results.

Typically around 30 times but to make them last a little longer it helps to clean them:

1. Clean the gel pads with a damp cloth – Use lukewarm water and do not use soap or alcohol , as this may damage the adhesive layer.
2. Allow them to air dry completely – Do not wipe with a towel as this may leave a little lint.
3. Keep them on the protective film when not in use to make them last longer.

Maintaining your gel pads this way will keep them effective and comfortable to use for longer.
